Arquitecto Universidad de Chile 1998, Máster en Medio Ambiente Urbano y Sostenibilidad por la Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña, España. Director de eSUR Arquitectos Sostenibilidad Urbano Rural desde enero de 1998, oficina de Arquitectura, Planificación, Urbanismo y Gestión con obras y proyectos en Chile, España, Paraguay y Canadá. Director de la Escuela de Arquitectura de la Universidad Austral de Chile en Valdivia desde octubre de 2008 hasta marzo 2011 y académico del Instituto de Arquitectura y Urbanismo de la Universidad Austral de Chile desde marzo de 2004 a marzo de 2011. Desde el 2002 se ha desempeñado como profesional en las áreas del urbanismo sostenible, el diseño urbano y la planificación territorial, con énfasis en redes urbanas y sistemas sustentables aplicables a la arquitectura y la ciudad. Su participación en investigación como responsable y colaborador, ha estado enfocada a los factores de habitabilidad en conjuntos residenciales y en las condiciones que determinan cambios en el tejido urbano que afectan su sostenibilidad. Posee participación como expositor de proyectos de investigación, planificación urbana, planes maestros y obras de arquitectura en congresos nacionales e internacionales, en el ámbito universitario, ante organismos públicos y privados. Tiene publicaciones y participación en concursos internacionales, en revistas de arquitectura y de carácter científico y cultural. Es miembro de la Directiva Delegación Valdivia del Colegio de Arquitectos de Chile. Miembro fundador del Consejo Chileno de Construccion Sustentable.
